2. Booking and Cancellation

2.1 Booking & Retainer

A non-refundable retainer of [Insert %] is required to secure your date. Your session is not considered officially booked until the retainer is received and this agreement is signed.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

• Client Cancellation: The initial retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the remaining balance.
• Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 7 days before the session date, subject to photographer availability.
• Photographer Cancellation: In the event the photographer is unable to perform duties due to illness or emergency, a full refund of all monies paid will be provided, or we will assist in finding a suitable replacement.

3. Refund and Dispute Policy

3.1 Service Satisfaction

We strive for excellence in our work. If you are dissatisfied with your final image gallery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss potential re-edits.

3.2 Refund Policy

Due to the custom and creative nature of professional photography, refunds are not offered once the session has occurred and final images have been delivered.

3.3 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be handled in good faith. Please contact us directly at kkphotosllc@gmail.com to attempt a resolution before initiating any third-party payment disputes.

4. Physical Goods and Returns

4.1 Custom Products

Physical items such as prints, canvases, or albums are custom-made to order.

4.2 Damaged or Defective Items

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a claim:

• Include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All images, designs, and content displayed by KKPHOTOS LLC are the exclusive property of KKPHOTOS LLC. Clients are granted a limited license for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, commercial use, or redistribution of any images or content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

When interacting with KKPHOTOS LLC, you agree to refrain from:

• Engaging in any unlawful activity.
• Using language or behavior that constitutes harassment, hate speech, bullying, or spam.
• Posting unauthorized promotions or commercial solicitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

KKPHOTOS LLC shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from website downtime, technical inaccuracies, or errors in information provided. Use of our services and website is at your own risk.

8. Termination of Service

KKPHOTOS LLC reserves the right to withdraw services, cancel pending bookings, or restrict access to our services if it is determined that these terms and conditions have been violated.

9. Legal and Export Restrictions

Our services and products are offered exclusively to clients within the United States. We do not facilitate international shipping or provide services that would be subject to international export control restrictions.

10. Promotion Terms & Conditions

• Promotions are valid only for new bookings made during the specified promotional period.
• Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or applied retroactively to existing bookings.
• Promotional value applies only to session fees and does not cover travel fees, prints, or additional products unless explicitly stated otherwise.
